How to Have Healthy Skin and Glow Inside Out

Healthy skin comes from taking care of insides of body as well as outsides of body. Staying clean means washing hands after touching foreign objects, taking a shower after you have been sweating, and making sure your environment is clean as well. Eating healthy is also important to healthy and clean skin. Oily food, sugary food and drinks, junk food, and fast food tend to aggravate skin, making skin break out. Drink at least eight glasses of eight-ounce glass of water per day, with a tablespoon of fresh-squeezed lemon juice in each glass, in order to clean out the inside of your body from excess oils, sugar and dirt that can clog your pores and create skin conditions. Also, stress and emotional situations can affect skin, making it break out.
After you have become aware of your food and beverage intake, create a routine skin regimen to clean the debris on your face and body, on a daily basis. Never keep makeup on your face overnight. Make this routine a relaxation method, where it can also be good for your mind, body and soul. Incorporate a facial massage, using aromatic soaps, lotions and skin care products to relax the mind as it cleans the face and body. Glycerin soaps are good for sensitive skin. A good time to do this skin care regimen is right before bedtime. It ends the day by cleaning your face, relaxing your mind, and helping you sleep better at night. Also, make sure you change your bed sheets and pillow cases at least once a week.
Before bedtime, clean your bathroom sink and fill it up with hot water. Splash your face five to ten times to take off makeup and dirt off your face. Place cream on forehead, nose, cheeks, chin and neck, and massage it lightly into your skin in a circular motion, moving outward. When all your face and neck is covered with this cream, lather your face and neck with a glycerin soap, natural soap or cleanser. (I prefer skin care product that doesn't test on animals). Splash your face thirty times with the same water to rinse the soap or cleanser off your face and neck. Clean sink and fill it up again with hot water. If your face is oily, add two tablespoons of fresh lemon juice to this water. Exfoliate your face and neck with a granular scrub that is grainy. Massage it lightly into your face and neck in the same circular and outward motions. Splash your face and neck ten to fifteen times. Pat wet face with clean washcloth until face is damp. Put a cream mask over your face and neck, covering your whole face and neck with this mask, and leave it on until it dries on your face and neck, or about ten to fifteen minutes. Splash face with clean water inside the sink. After patting face damp with a clean washcloth, put a drop of toner or astringent on a cotton pad, and massage into your face and neck in the same circular and outward motion as before. Moisture your face and neck.
