A big, colorful lollipop is the perfect centerpiece in a candy bouquet.
Choose the type of candies you would like to include in your bouquet. You can use boxes of candy --- like those you would find at the movie theater --- candy bars or small hard candies in wrappers. You should include confections with colorful wrappers. You can also use holiday-themed candies, such as candy canes at Christmas. You can also choose to cover the candy bars in decorative or personalized paper for a more unique look.

A coffee mug bouquet is a nice gift for a friend at the office.
Pick a container for your candy bouquet, such as a flowerpot, coffee mug, a box or small tin. Purchase a piece of rigid plastic foam at a craft store that fits snugly into the bottom of your chosen container. Keep in mind that the height of the foam determines the height of your bouquet. Cover the foam in artificial moss or decorative paper.

You can decorate larger candy bar wrappers in order to personalize them.
Purchase lollipop sticks in various sizes at a craft store, as well as florist pins. Glue a stick to the back of each chocolate bar or larger box of candy. You can hide the stick in the candy wrapper or cover it by gluing a silk flower at the top of the stick. Push florist pins in the wrappers of the smaller candies.

Push each candy stick into the foam, rotating the sizes and shapes. The smaller candies in stick pins should round out the bottom and the taller candies should go in back. Move them around until you achieve the look you are after. Tie ribbons around the sticks for a more festive look. To make it look more like a regular bouquet, push silk flowers in and around the candy.
