How to Use Wax Paper With a Cheesecake Pan

How to Use Wax Paper With a Cheesecake Panthumbnail
Springform pans help preserve the shape of the cheesecake.
Use a springform pan when making cheesecake. These are multi-part baking pans, where the sides of the pan lock into place and the bottom of the pan fits into the locking ring. Springform pans make it easy to remove the cheesecake from its baking pan. Lining the pan with wax paper makes it easy to slide the finished cheesecake from the bottom piece of the springform pan and onto the serving platter.

Instructions

things you'll need:

  • Butter
  • Paper towel
  • Scissors
