      Wash your skin twice daily with cool to warm water and a cleanser that is suitable for your skin type. Dry and combination skin should use cream-based cleansers that contain a little exfoliation. If you have oily skin, select a gel-based cleanser to wash away excess oils. Wash your face once in the morning and once before bedtime, scrubbing your skin gently for one minute with a soft cloth.

      Scrub your face and body with an exfoliating scrub and a loofah pad every few days. If exfoliating your face use your damp fingers. Exfoliation removes dead skin cells, tiny bumps, dirt and excess oils. Exfoliation will even out rough patches and reveal the younger looking skin underneath.
